Summer Camp

Full Day Camps
7:30 am – 5:45 pm Daily

Summer Explorer Camps at Haynsworth give your child the opportunity to play, swim, skate, bowl, go to the movies with friends, and explore different arts and crafts, games, field trips and much more. Campers also have the opportunity to participate in programs based on their specific areas of interest. Tennis and soccer lessons are available as well during camp.

Grade Level:

The grade level is determined by the grade the camper was in the school year PRIOR to summer break.

Summer Explorer Camps 2024 Schedule & Fees

  • Session I – May 28 – June 21 $850
  • Session II – June 24 – July 19 $850
  • Session III – July 22 – August 9 $650

Registration Fee is a one-time fee of $150. Camp enrollment is waived for students enrolled for 2024 – 2025 school year.

School is closed the week of August 12 – 16 to prepare for the 2024 school year.

We will have details calendars available prior to each camp session.

Registration:

Please submit a completed registration form and the registration fee payment, along with a current immunization certificate for each applicant. Spaces cannot be held without receipt of registration form and fee.

Payment:

Camp registration fees are due at the time of registration. Payment in full is due on or before the first day of each session. There is a $30 returned check fee. Current Haynsworth students who are already on the draft schedule may continue uninterrupted on the draft for summer camp payments.

Refund Policy:

A refund request must be made in writing prior to May 15th. Refunds or credits are not given for absences or vacation days.

Arrival:

Campers may arrive as early as 7:30 am. Camp formally begins at 8:30 am when the camp bell rings. Please do not arrive prior to 7:30 am as no supervision will be available.
