Summer Camp Registration Form

Parent fees are payable at the beginning of each Session (May 31, June 27, July 25). Refunds or credits are not given for absences or vacation time, as this charge is not on an hourly basis.

Please check the camp session(s) in which your child will be participating. Sessions indicated will be your financial responsibility.

Session I (May 30 - June 23)

Session III (July 24 - August 18)

We agree to complete our financial responsibilities as outlined above and acknowledge approval of this Agreement before registration can be granted.
