Haynsworth Summer Camp

Summer Explorer Camps give your child the opportunity to play, swim, skate, bowl, go to the movies with friends, and explore different arts and crafts, games, field trips and much more. They also give campers an opportunity to experience programs that target specific areas of interest. Horseback Riding, Tennis, and Swim lessons are available as well during camp. Full-Day Camps are offered from 7:30am – 5:45pm daily.

Session II – June 30 – July 25
Session III - July 28 – August 15

Camp Fees
Registration - $130 (one time fee which includes one camp shirt)
Session I - $520
Session II - $520
Session III - $420

Registration
To register, please submit a completed registration form and the registration fee payment, along with a current immunization certificate for each applicant. Spaces cannot be held without receipt of registration form and fee. Camps fill quickly, so early registration is highly advised. Camps reaching maximum enrollment will be closed and campers will be placed on a waiting list.

Payment
Camp registration fees are due at the time of registration. Payment in full is due on or before the first day of each session. There is a $30 returned check fee. Current Haynsworth students who are already on the draft schedule may continue uninterrupted on the draft for summer camp payments.

Refund Policy
A refund request must be made in writing prior to May 15th. Refunds or credits are not given for absences or vacation days.

Grade Level
The grade level is determined by the grade the camper was in the school year PRIOR to summer break.

Arrival
Campers may arrive as early as 7:30am. Camp formally begins at 8:30 when the camp bell rings. Please do not arrive prior to 7:30am as no supervision will be available at this time.
